For a Stone Finder piece, the reading identifies the stone that suits you and we confirm it from the stones available for that piece. The stone is reserved for you once you confirm it. These variations are a natural characteristic of the material, not a defect, and are not by themselves grounds for cancellation, return or price reduction. "}]

We never receive or store your full card details, and we cannot see or store your card number. One payment per order. Whether you check out a Stone Finder piece after your reading or an ordinary piece from the catalogue, you are charged once, at checkout, for the whole total shown. We do not take a deposit and a balance, and we do not charge again when your stone is confirmed. An unpaid order does not bind you , and we hold your selection only while payment is in progress. Currency. We price in Thai Baht and may show a converted amount in another currency for your convenience. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee, and any withholding tax your country levies on the service may be deducted at source. "}]

Every piece requires 21 days in production before it is dispatched , and the courier's delivery window quoted at checkout applies on top of that. Your order confirmation tracks the piece through our studio — from confirmed payment, through personalization, into production, and finally to dispatch. Because each stone is set by hand and each piece is finished individually, production can occasionally run longer than 21 days — around public holidays or peak periods, or when a piece needs a stone sourced or re-set. Where that happens we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay has not begun by the time we contact you. "}]

At checkout we quote the courier services available for your destination and the delivery window each one offers. The delivery window shown at checkout is the window that applies to your order. It is an estimate produced by the courier, not a guaranteed date. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully the courier may return it to us or hold it for collection, and those costs are yours. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. We are not liable for a parcel lost or damaged once the courier has taken responsibility for it, though we will help you pursue a claim with them. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before accepting and tell us within three (3) days. "}]

Who collects them. The courier or the customs authority collects the charges from the recipient on delivery, together with any clearance or handling fee they apply. The amount is set by your country. Customs assesses the shipment by its own valuation, so the figure is not known at checkout and cannot be itemized in advance or charged to your card. A confirmed faulty or incorrect item takes priority over the policy exclusions. Our warranty has two parts, and they cover different things for different lengths of time: One (1) year — the metal part. If the plating on your piece lifts, peels or wears through, we will repair or re-plate it, or replace the piece if it cannot be repaired, at no charge to you. The lifetime of the piece — our workmanship. This covers faults in the making: the way the metal was formed, finished and assembled, and the way a stone was set. If a setting loosens, or a clasp or post fails because of how we built it, we repair it at no charge for as long as you own the piece. To claim, contact us at info@belit.studio with your order number and a photograph of the piece. We will tell you whether the work falls inside the warranty before we start, and we will quote you for anything that does not. What the warranty does not cover. Plating that wears, thins or tarnishes from ordinary use is wear, not a fault — it is what plated metal does, and no coating makes otherwise. Neither does it cover: accidents, loss, theft, or damage from impact, crushing or bending; water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals or chlorine; resizing, or any alteration, by anyone other than us; damage to a stone that follows from a knock or from the setting working loose; changes in a natural stone's colour, clarity or pattern, which are inherent to natural material and are covered by Clause 04 instead. We offer paid re-plating, re-setting and repair throughout a piece's life. Care instructions are provided with your piece, and keeping to them is the single best way to get the most from the warranty above. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits the statutory remedies you have under Thai law for goods that are defective, including under the Civil and Commercial Code. Where a piece is defective we will, at your choice and at our cost, repair or replace it; if we do not remedy it within a reasonable time you may refuse delivery and seek a refund. If that leaves you with a warranty period shorter than the periods above, the statutory remedy still stands and is not reduced by this clause. "}]

It runs in stages, and each stage depends on the one before it. You share your details with us. We generate your reading and present the stones suited to you from those available for the pieces you can make with us. You see your Reveal Result , which ends with the pieces that suit you. Choosing a piece on that screen does not order it or charge your card — it simply takes you to the piece. You pay for it, once. When you are ready, you choose the piece, confirm its stone and options, and complete a single payment after you have selected the piece from your result. A reading is guidance, not a promise of outcome. We do not offer fortune-telling, prediction of events, or claims of supernatural effect, and nothing in a reading should be relied on as professional advice of any kind. "}]
